Colbert Veterinary Rescue Services is still raising funds for Heart For Mutts Haven. We now need to raise money for indoor cages.  The Haven provides a home-style indoor environment and has five fenced outdoor play yards for the rescue dogs. The building will enable us to streamline the care of the dogs and create more time for socialization and training.
